Yes or no?

It will say what is needed from transfers on the uni’s website. Most don’t require them depending on how many credits you have or if you earned your AA.

It depends on the school you are applying to. For example, the UC schools don’t require SAT scores, where as Rice and many other private schools do. It also might matter if you are applying as a freshman/sophomore or junior level transfer. If you are freshman or sophomore some schools put more emphasis on your high school performance and test scores, while if you are a junior transfer the emphasis is on your college coursework/performance.

Thanks, but I don’t mean the actual numbers on the Common App; I mean the score reports from the College Board that cost money (I’m definitely reporting my scores on my applications). Does anyone have information on this?

If the college website says that SAT scores are required for transfer admission, then 9 times out of 10 that means an Official Score report must be sent. There are some schools that will accept test scores reported on your HS record, but this is not the norm.
