Do transfer students need to submit high school transcript?

Before I thought i only have to submit ccc transcript.
University of California - Transcript submissions

""Admitted transfer applicants

You will be asked to submit official transcripts from all schools and colleges you have attended, including high school, regardless of your length of attendance or whether you believe the credit is transferable. Some campuses may request transcripts prior to admission. """

only some. berkeley ucsd uci does. ucla does not.

What if you got really poor grades in HS??

Sent from my HTC Glacier using CC App

I needed to submit my HS transcript to Berkeley. It does not matter if your HS grades are terrible… They just want to know if you graduated from HS.

You submit HS transcripts no matter what. Won’t really matter what were your grades as long as you are transferring as a junior.

I am transfer of UC Davis,

What if you were home schooled?

bump^ (This extra sentence is brought to you by the 10 character limit)

I am planning on IGETC certification and my foreign language was taken during high school, so they need proof in the form of HS transcripts.

So if you aren’t relying on high school classes for language or IGETC you don’t need it?

^ like I said, some schools require them no matter what. some don’t

Warning: stupid question ahead

I am applying to Berkeley. I am assuming that I should go ahead and list every class from my high school transcripts in the Berkeley application?

Thanks.

Nope, but if you went to high school in CA you will need your HS transcript to enter your California State Student ID #.
Most “stupid” questions are answered in the application itself. Just start filling it out and you’ll see that it pretty much prompts you to enter whatever info it needs.
