<p>I think you have a EXCELLENT chance of getting into UCD, you should aim higher...like UCSD, you should even try CAL and LA</p>
<p>You'd be around an average applicant I'd say. Its likely you'll be accepted, so go for it..</p>

<p>I too think cal and UCLA woudl be too much.. at least UCLA. I'm applying to Berkeley though because its so close to where i live, if i got in i'd go in a heartbeat. Anyway...I do like Davis atmosphere more... i hope i get in!!! My math score is really low so hope that doesnt hold me back TOO much.</p>

<p>my math is 540... and that's the highest i've ever gotten it.
My previous sat writing was a 700 and reading was a 680, so i'm bummed about those dropping. I know going from 1830 to 1860 is not a big deal, but i would have liked to keep those scores the same. Too bad UC's don't take the best combined score :(</p>

<p>Some people get into one and not the other, some into neither, and some into both. If you want to go, why not apply? You'd be doing the applicatoins anyway. If you would not want togo, not applying makes sense. Does one school have higher admissions standards than the other? They're pretty close on average.</p>
