Hi, I was wondering if the UC’s I applied to will pay attention to my extra curricular after the application is already due. I am part of an academic program at my school, and all the competitions begin in January. If I do well, will this raise my chances of being accepted? Also, do UC school give scholarships? If so, how difficult is it to get one, and when will they make their decision? Thanks.
They would have no way of knowing what you do after you turn in your application.
Yes, they do give scholarships which come with the admission decision. At least the ones offered to my kids did.
