Do UCI decisions come out earlier for TAG students?

<p>My friend who is a part of the honors program at our community college got accepted to UCI 2 days ago and she was a part of the honors program. She was guaranteed a spot just like you are with TAG if you meet the requirements
I have TAG, but I haven't heard anything yet. Does anyone know if TAG students also hear back sooner than regular admits??</p>

<p>Lastly I wanted to know what you guys think are my chances on transferring to UCD, UCLA,UCI,UCSD,UCB with my stats. </p>

<p>Major: Biology
My stats: 3.67 with all prereqs done
IGETC completed
Lots of extracurriculars such as working part time, volunteering, and presenting research. My personal statements I hope were good, they got my message across.
My second semester of ochem is planned for SUMMER and I indicated that on my UC app. Physics will be taken once I transfer. </p>

<p>Anyways, what do you think are my chances?
For UCLA last year's average GPA accepted was a 3.67, the average applied was a 3.46 and the average enrolled was a 3.61. Last year 161 people applied and 77 got in, so almost 50%. But my gpa is RIGHT on the average, so I'm worried. Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!</p>

<p>I have TAG and have yet to hear from UCI. Generally TAG or high GPA students hear back in March but that isn’t always the rule.</p>

<p>Oh okay so you’re in the same boat as me. I think we’re going to hear back by march 20th tho for sure :)</p>
