I tried googling it but I’m getting mixed answers my dream is to get in eecs at ucb but I’m worried I might not get in and that I probably should stick to cs which is a bit safer
Cal doesn’t offer alternate majors. UCLA does, you input it into the application. You can see which schools allow you to choose an alternate major in the UC app.
I believe UCLA only offers alternate major if you’re in TAP.
