<p>do ucs base your transfer gpa completely off your freshman year only if you submit your app b4 the quarter ends? like i have only 3 quarters from UCSC in so far, and my 4th quarter is ending 2 weeks after i submit my app. I want to show Ucs that i will raise my gpa though. do you think it is a good idea for me to promise ucs that i will raise my gpa to at least a 3.2 if i know i can do it?</p>
