Do UCs care about exceed 90 units as a Junior applicant?

<p>My friend is having 92 units by Spring 2014, and he submitted his application as a Junior Applicant. His major is Biology, and all his units are completed in LACC. Do UCs care about that? </p>

<p>I transfered with over 100 units. However they will only accept 70 units towards your bachelors degree</p>
