Do UCs care about senior grades?

I'm taking 3 Weighted. Ones an A. Two are Bs. I have two other Bs in an English class and photo (which doesn't really count). So a 4.0 weighted. And I have a special circumstance that I'm mentioning in the "other information section" on the essay page. I heard they do augmented review for special circumstances sometimes. Would this hurt my chances? Also if one schools requests the mid year report, will all schools see it?

University of California schools look at your senior grades when you matriculate. Their admission offers are typically contingent on doing acceptably well in senior year course work that you reported on the application.

As long as you meet the minimum standards, it is fine. A small point to note is that if you appeal, senior year grades will matter but appeals don’t work very often anyways.
