In other words, will they take the number of units we take each semester into consideration when reviewing our transfer applications?

When I started CC as a Psychology major, I was taking 4 classes per semester which is roughly 12-15 units depending on each individual classes. Eventually I switched to a technical major that no longer required IGETC type classes.

When I took 4 technical classes, my GPA was destroyed. It was a workload I couldn't handle. Since then I've been taking exactly 3 classes each semester (which is about 12-13 units, once again depending on the class). And I actually got really good grades doing just those 3.

Anyway, I'll be done with all my pre-reqs in the spring, but I'm just curious if my 3 classes/12-13 units per semester workload might hurt me. I know people who took 4-5 technical classes in one semester and didn't necessarily do well, but maybe they'll be given some slack. I don't know.
