Do UC's get your senior year grades?

Okay so I'm about to be a senior and I'm applying to all the UC's. Anyways, my school's semester doesn't get over until January and I was wondering if UC's would even CONSIDER my senior year grades in order to get admission for the fall 2009 quarter? My junior year grades kinda blow cause I killed the upward trend I had going on until first semester junior year. My depression got super bad.

Also, I'm taking classes at community college, those will be added into my GPA right? Because I've taken classes for the past 3 summers there and I've gotten A's in all of them.

And that is why I regret not going to a public school. I get such good grades at community college and got straight A's my whole life up until high school when I just HAPPENED to be like, "YAAAAY private schools" .. and now I've screwed up my future. Yay me. Not to mention I've been wasting $10K of my dad's salary every year.

Anyways, my top choice is UC Davis. I'm working super hard now .. and yeah, I think I can get straight A's [but first I must get off of CC and study for my Calc test tomorrow]. Haha. So I just REALLY want to go to Davis or at least some decent school. I'm Indian, I have a community reputation to live up to =x.

The UC's don't consider senior year. If you took classes at community college and they're acknowledged by your high school (e.g. appear on your high school transcript), they'll be factored into your GPA, but only if it's before senior year.
