Do Uc's look at senior year grades?

Hey guys, I'm currently a senior and my dream school is UC Berkeley. However, I think i just bombed an AP physics B test and my grade migth drop down to anywhere between an A- to a B. will UC Berkeley see this grade and calculate it with my UC GPA? Thanks for all the help!

I don’t believe so. You apply with your 10th and 11th grades in November. They only take your transcript after you’ve been admitted and accepted a spot an one of their schools. At that time, if you have any senior D’s or F’s they can rescind their offer. They will also rescind if you lied about your 10th/11th year grades on the application.

They don’t. But if you get wait listed, you will have an opportunity to opt in to the waitlist, where you can include 1st semester grades of senior year.

Thanks guys! :D

You don’t submit senior year grades when applying. However, before they make admission decisions, UCs do make specific requests of some applicants (usually some who are borderline) to submit first semester grades. Also, as noted above, bad grades you submit at end of school year can result in rescission of your admission.

I also believe that the UC rules ask that you let them know if you get less than a “C” in your first semester.
