<p>Admission alone will be difficult if you are attempting to get into top schools (especially as an international). You will not be offered a scholarship at any of these institutes either. Even other universities are busy allocating their funds over to first year fall students. Primarily, this is due to the fact that scholarship letters are debated early February to near end of may. Hence, highly unlikely.</p>
