Do vet schools mostly look at overall gpa or individual class grades!

I'm currently halfway done with the nursing program I am in, only 2 more years left but I am realizing that if I don't follow my dream of becoming a vet, it is something I will probably regret for the rest of my life, I have much more of a passion toward animals. I did much research with vet school requirements but couldn't find an answer to my question, do vet schools look at overall gpa or look at individual class grades? It upsets me because I currently have a 3.4, got a B+ in Microbiology because I never tried(know this is a biology degree requirement, just not nursing), I never had the passion with nursing, I am now kicking myself for doing this, but I just have to try now & I know I will do well. The lowest grade I recieved in the two years i've been going to college is a B, even though this was part of my nursing degree will vet school still take this into account? Appreciate any advice
