Do we have to show all the work on free response Calc AB AP test?

I mean you know when we have the integral and have to find the displacement (do the reverse process, finding the original displacement equation from the velocity), do we have to show every single step? because the calculator can do that especially for problems with tan, sin, cos, pi, e, or ln will be very hard to do.

I ask this because my teacher is new this year. She is pretty young and does not know about this stuff. She told us to show everything we can because the calculator is there for checking but how are we supposed to have enough time for showing all the work? Please help
I doubt we have to show everything because on the scoring guidelines, most of the time they kind of skip a lot of steps and jump from velocity w/the integral sign to the answer.

As far as integrals go, it depends. For the calculator allowed section, all you need to show is the integral and the answer. For the noncalc part, you need to show all of your work including the anti derivative.
I have a pretty amazing Calc teacher and would be more than happy to help you out with any other questions–feel free to PM me.

I can see from your posting history that you are familiar with the Test Prep forums, go there and you will see a forum specifically for APs, post there.
