Do we HAVE to submit our mid year grades?

"We sometimes request additional information (senior-year grades, for example), so be sure to watch the mail. You may submit senior year grades at www.usc.edu/MDYResponse, even if we did not specifically request them."

If they don't request for my senior-year 1st semester grades, do we have to send them in? I ended up getting a B in AP Calculus AB :(

When I applied my u.w. GPA was a 4.0 and w. was 4.38. I only have one B this semester (well I haven't gotten my Bio grade yet, but I'm sure its most likely an A, or at least I hope it is >.< ) Ugh I was relying on a high GPA considering I have a very very low SAT score (1810). Think it'll affect my admission much considering I was strongly relying on my GPA?

thats actually still a really good GPA and I would submit imo. though my senior year grades were meh, I still submitted them because my school automatically sends the mid year report, so theres really no use in hiding
