hello,
I'm new here and I'm doing my a-levels, second year now and I do not have any honours or rewards from my school life. Its really bothering me as I've got nothing extra than academic activities. So, do I need to panic or study now and think about it later? please do help.

Study now, your GPA carries a lot more weights than ECAs. Certainly, ECAs have a lot of value, but the only way to make up for ECAs is GPA and SAT score, imho.

Also, do not panic. :D

but i dont have any credits for eca in past and if now i start going to INGO and NGOs now thn it will seem obvious that I’m doing it only for my cv, not so that i’m interested??

Something’s better than nothing, but no matter what you do, make sure you don’t lag in your grades and SATs.

OK I’ll work on my grades and SATs thank you.
