Ok, I know we have to bring our own sheets, but do we also need our own blankets, or are those supplied? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure we do?

Yes. The bed will be bare when you get there.

Plus, it'd probably be nicer to have your own blankets. A little bit of home comfort never hurt anyone. XD

Should we get one of those foam mattress pads?

If you want. I had a mattress pad (not a foam one, a different kind) and my buddies told me my bed was significantly more comfortable than theirs. I never tested this theory thoroughly, but it doesn't hurt to bring one.

I will say this: the dorm chairs (in Foothill at least) are terribly uncomfortable. I'd recommend a pad to sit on.

Foam pad is excellent. I just purchased one for next year. Wish I did for my freshmen year...

Also, I wouldn't want to use any blankets that are provided.... (not that any blankets are provided).

We need to bring our own mattresses?

No, mattress is provided. Though you can feel the springs though.

I bought a Berkeley blanket. So nice.....

Bring a pad and sleeping bag at least guys, come on...

I'm bringing a sleeping bag...to sleep at the library. Keke.

Am I the only one who's looking forward to finals week and 24 hour library hours?

^ I think so. XD

I don't think being in the library 24 hours so bad, I'm just worried about all those stories about people not showering for two weeks. o.o
