Do we need to send a "final report?"

<p>You know the final report for the common app? I was wondering if we need to send that with our transcript or just the transcript showing that we've graduated (A forum on CC says no to last year, but I'm wondering if anything has changed.)</p>

<p>I don't want to make my GC do more work than she has to.</p>

<p>Yes, your GC must send a final transcript for you and all of your classmates to the colleges that they will be attending in the fall as proof that all of you have successfully completed high school.</p>

<p>... That didn't really answer my question though. I was asking about that final report thing from the Common App. I know that a transcript must be sent; I was just wondering about that document.</p>

<p>No, it does not have to be sent however, if there is something about the student that the school should be made aware of, the GC still has an obligation to inform the school .</p>
