Do we put the year of when we did ECs etc. on application?
For instance if I played Lacrosse in Grade 10 and 11 do I just say ‘Lacrosse’ on my application or do I put like ‘Lacrosse gr.10 and gr.11’?
<p>The application will have a chart (grid) for the extracurriculars. The column titles are usually:</p>

<p>Some applicants submit a resume showing their activities. I think it is better to give them the chart instead. Of course, there isn't enough room to write everything on the form, so prepare a chart in a word processor and attach it to the application form as your would a resume.</p>
