do you believe that people of the other gender have it better?

"elin nordegrin "

Speaking of Tiger, why was he cheating on his wife for those prostitutes? They were all fugly. His wife is way hotter than all of them.

He had an addiction to sex. He went to rehab for it, but ended up having sex in rehab too.

lol

SOC… to quote, you do this

(quote) inserttexthere (/quote)

replace () with

^ he cheated cuz he has a sexual disorder, not cuz the prostitutes were so hot and his wife so ugly he couldnt resist…

I had meant that some men are trophy husbands, like some women are trophy wives. As for regular families, there are 25 stay at home moms for every stay at home dad. So yeah, big difference.

oops i meant nordegren… she’s a great example for a hot female who’s set for life because of her looks, granted she did modeling but that was swimsuit. and now she has like hundreds of millions after divorce settlement

Thanks, I’ve been trying to figure out how to do that for months. On another board I post on (sports related) it just does it automatically. I think that sex addiction disorder is a bunch of BS

My dad worked for 35 years and retired but we live well off of his Pension which pays more than a lot of jobs do. Neither of my parents work…Would you say he’s a stay-at-home dad or a retired dad? lol.

what website/forum?

Well he’s retired so that doesn’t count. My neighbor, for example, is considering dropping out of college (her parents are paying 50k/yr) because she wants to be a stay at home mom in 3 years. You never hear of a guy wanting to drop out of college so he can raise kids.

its an anaheim ducks forum

You make it sound as if being a stay at home mom/dad is so easy…

BTW, why do you think sexual addiction is BS. It sounds pretty legit to me. Doesn’t sex affect the reward pathway as well as drugs and other things that are addictable?

Yeah, the description given seemed to be more of “trophy wife” than “stay at home mom”, the latter of which is not particularly easy.

I know you’re being facetious, but…

If I wanted to do that, then I would take the easiest classes available in HS, go to a JUCO for 2 years and start looking for a wife. Sounds pretty easy. I wouldnt have to worry about the SAT/ACT, college admissions, grad school, etc…

Would this be easier than trying to get in to UNC as an OOS student? Heck yes. Would it be easier than trying to get into UNC, Texas, UC Berkeley, UCLA, or Georgetown for grad school? I think so.

Being a stay at home mom would be a nice career fallback option if you could marry rich. My fall back career option would be to enter officer candidate school for the army or navy so I could be a helicopter pilot (might have to get LASIK though).

I think its something his publicist came up with. I think by entering rehab, Tiger was trying to repair his image. He had a ton of $ in endorsments, so there would be incentive to repair his image. That’s just my take on that situation.

I am not being facetious. Being a stay at home mom/dad is not easy. (wow, you used the word facetious… I kind of have a history with that word, LOL…I’m worried that you might know me in real life)

I can’t even comment on the rest of your post…whut? What does that have to do with being a stay at home mom?? You’re saying that all men have to worry about going to college? Some males don’t care.

Also, why do you make it sound so easy to marry rich?

And women have it easier, because if they’re attractive enough, they can have a cushier life? See, this is going to bring me back to previous posts pointing out that women generally have to worry care about their looks…

lol, your arguments for why women have it easier are kind of BS :D

I am such a loser… why did I waste another whole day here D:

btw, Army and navy doesn’t do LASIK, they do PRK.

I’m like 99% sure that I don’t even though we’re both from Orange County. haha

To sum up the rest of my post, it would be easy to slack through life planning to be a rich stay at home parent compared to the work that you would have to put in to become a successful individual.

I could have sworn that they just started accepting LASIK… but anyways, I don’t plan on going into the military. Being a pilot has always just been a dream job of mine.

I know what you’re saying, but I don’t see how that’s relevant to why males/females have it better. Anyone can slack off.

How many rich men are there out there looking for attractive women to just be mother to their kids. Not many. Women have it hard too :D

'tis a dream of mine as well. I’m currently applying for the academies.

I guess I got a little off topic. And I agree that women have it way worse than men. That’s cool that you’re applying to the academies. I don’t think I could go through that kind of commitment because I want a traditional 4 year college experience at a big football school.

The idea that women can “marry up,” regardless of whether it is more prevalent than males “marrying up,” is very minor, and not worth consideration. I can’t believe there’s two pages of argument about this.

I can’t believe it’s not butter!

But it’s the internet. How did you confuse the internet with butter?
