One time in my dream I knew I was dreaming so I wanted to leave my body and go explore the world. I started moving from my bed and got stuck. I woke up and was looking at the same thing as I was in my dream. Almost all of my dreams are lucid because for example I was going down stairs without having to use my feet. I have attempted to do problem solving in them, but it has been unsuccessful. I am going to start trying to do this.

hm...REM sleep, i learned that in ap psych. has to do with erections, i remember..

Sleep paralysis is a completely natural occurances and it happens everytime you fall asleep. It's your body's way of making sure you don't act out your dreams. And for the record, you all dream, every night, it's just a matter of remembering it or not.

Goin' lucid is pretty fun though. Everyone knows why the guys like it, there's no hiding that, lol. But your dreams evolve over time, it's actually pretty interseting, my friend does calculus homework in his sleep, then wakes up and writes it all down, LOL.

yup, sometimes I have "number dreams as I call them-- basically me doing mental math all night adding, subtracting multiplying, dividing huge numbers as I sleep... generally I get these after semi-all nighters studying for math-based subjects... not helpful when I have to take the test the next day completely exhausted.

my dreams are almost never something where its just one consistent things, its almost always just a bunch of crap that doesnt make sense one minute im on my way to school next im in the middle of the ocean. i can somewhat control what i do in my dreams but i cant like tell myself, okay you're dreaming. i''m very certain i can because i kind of tell myself ok i have this and this to do. for some reason i sometimes think about things i have to do in dreams as if i'm actually awake and going about my day. its kind of nice that sometimes when i thinnk of somehting very hard or worry a lot about something right before i go to sleep it is SOMEHOW incorportated into my dreams, but not all of the times. i think its just that everybody is different that everyone else i mean we actually use more than 10% of our brains contrary to popular belief (learned that from psych 100) and no one really knows how the brain completely works

I tried to learn lucid dreaming a few years ago, back in 10th grade, but it never worked for me. I think I'm just bad at recalling dreams and all that other stuff.

I wish I could have lucid dreams naturally!

i had a dream where . . .

i kinda control my dreams for the simple fact that i think and act in my dreams as in real life.
