Anybody else?

Anybody else?

K’naan’s Wavin’ Flag.
It’s one hell of an epic song. Especially the version done just for the World Cup.

omgg me too! I thought I was the only one lol especially during the English section… :P

The quality of the songs tend to reflect the quality of my performance sometimes. Like, I know if I’m screwed if there’s this pop song that I don’t even like distracting me, but on the other hand, one of my favorite songs might be in the background as I finish up an essay on one of my better subjects.

Yes!! My APUSH test was characterized by Keisha’s Blah Blah Blah on repeat…over and over again. Hoping I didn’t accidentally put lyrics in an FRQ somewhere :)

I’m pretty sure I had Lady Gaga’ Bad Romance stuck in my head during AP testing. Or maybe it was Cora’s “Buddha’s Delight” in Music and Lyrics? I can’t remember.

All I know was that it was very catchy and ANNOYED ME VERY MUCH. But I loved it all the same.

I had “Under the Sea” from the Little Mermaid locked in my head during my Math II.
I blame my score on that…

Just out of curiosity, does anybody intentionally prep while listening to a song s/he chooses so as to avoid getting stuck hearing other songs? It seems to work pretty well for me.

This happens to me every single time. Sometimes it actually helps me concentrate, other times not so much.

Yeah this happens to me a lot

“K’naan’s Wavin’ Flag.”

This song is amazing.

Yeah, every time. It bothers me so much, and the music gets louder when I’m confident and speeds up when I’m nervous. The thing is, it’s always songs that I hate that do this.

Skillet-Hero, It was really annoying lol.

Yup. During APs I actually had this song Fallen Angel by Alphaville stuck in my head. I was in the throes of an intense Alphaville obsession and I was listening the their album on repeat every hour I wasn’t in class… It was hard to get out of the car in the morning to go to my APs because I wanted to keep listening. I’m not even kidding. So, uh, yeah… that was DEFINITELY stuck in my head. And I really wanted to listen to it, too!

i know how to break that song in the head try thinking slowly or solve any solved question again

I was singing “Like a Virgin” in my head during IB calc… >.>

Oh, God, I had really bad music stuck in my head during AP testing and SAT testing; mostly Justin Timberlake’s Carry Out and Kesha’s Your Love is my Drug, and I don’t even like Kesha’s song in a “oh, it’s trash but fun” way. So it was very annoying. XD Doesn’t seem to have affected me too much on the SAT but I’m praying it didn’t do anything to me on APs.
