Do you feel this way?

Before I take SATs or ACTs, or any really important tests/exams, I feel so anxious. My hands feel clammy and cold, and I feel like I need to move a lot. I have a little bit of shaking, but it isn't too bad. I also tend to keep moving my legs up and down when I'm sitting down, like shaking them rapidly.

AND THIS ONLY HAPPENS ON SATS, ACTS, AND IMPORTANT TESTS.

Am I the only one?

Your natural response to something that is very important is to be nervous or anxious. Don’t be. When you sit down in your chair to take the SAT, take a deep breath and know that everything is going to be okay. Do your best, relax, and I’m sure everything will work out.

Good luck.
