Georgetown is my 2nd choice. I really love their SFS programme and will probably apply Regular Decision this winter.

When I applied, I wasn't sure whether to apply EA to Georgetown or Harvard. I chose Georgetown, and I don't regret it (I got accepted). I don't know if it's #1 above my other colleges, but it certainly is a tie in my mind w/ Columbia/Yale/Harvard. In the end, $ will probably play a deciding factor in where I go (I have a full-ride at Michigan), but I am certainly not settling for Georgetown. If I go, it'll be because I REALLY want to.

Georgetown was never high on my list, but I completely removed it after the campus tour. Just not right for me.

netshark, we are similar. I'm right now deciding whether to apply EA to harvard or georgetown, but right now i'm swaying towards harvard.

So you know, I absolutely do not regret my choice to apply EA to Georgetown. It's good to know that, regardless of the Ivies, I have a wonderful school already in the bag.

Congrats and gd luck. But if i were to get into Harvard, i'd go there no matter what. so I just feel it's the place I want to commit for EA, and I'll cross my fingers.
