Do you guys think I have a chance to RU?

I've been in Brookdale Comm College for 2 years and after this spring i will get my associates from Brookdale. I'm planning to transfer to RU SAS or Business S for Fall 2011. I just completed my application online with the essay as well.
I'm trying to submit my application sometimes, next week. Do you guys think it's too early?(for transfer student) I heard that the early, you submit your apps the better chance you can get? is this true? (more open seat) and also is it a good thing if you go there and talk to the admission office before you submit your apps?
my resume in brookdale: I have 60 credits plus this semester. My GPA is 3.86 probably i can improve my gpa to 3.9 or more by the end of spring semester.

But the problem is I never took SAT before, I know that they don't really care about SAT as long as you have your associates, right?
I never joined any club either in HS or CC because, I'm so busy with my work and keeping my GPA high.

I can only hope that my GPA will help me to get into Rutgers. What do you guys think?

I applied back in September as a transfer and haven’t gotten a decision yet. Transfers don’t have an early decision, but Rutgers seems like its admissions are rolling so generally the earlier you send it in the earlier you will hear back and it may increase your chances. Since your in your second year I don’t think applying now would be too early since you already have a lot of credits.

You don’t need to send SAT scores since you’ll have more than 12 credits. Extra Curriculars are considered, but Rutgers will mainly go off your college GPA and probably less so your High School grades. I think as long as you took classes that have equivalent courses at Rutgers you should have a good chance of getting in with your GPA.

Thanks ziggy,

Did you apply for fall too?

Hopefully you get in man

Good luck!

Yea I applied for fall

Good Luck to you too
