Do you have fun?

I'm a pretty motivated person, but I'm still really scared that the course work at Cornell will be too much for me. I still want to have a normal college experience and enough time to have fun. If I want to have a life outside of academics, is Cornell not the right place for me? I'm applying to the Hotel School and I think the program is perfect and I'm really interested in that stuff, so I'm obviously willing to put in effort, but I don't want to be overwhelmed.

Any students that go to Cornell now, specifically Hotel School students--is the work load manageable and do you still go out and have fun a good amount?

The hotelies are probably the ones that are known for having the most fun. a majority of the guys within the hotel school are in frats, so i would not worried about being overwhelmed.

Cornell encourages its students to go out and do stuff and have a life.

Unless you’re an architecture major.

You can definitely have fun it’s just a matter of managing your time.
