<p>I got accepted into an EA school, and then got accepted into my ED school. I know that I'm supposed to contact my other schools to withdraw my applications, but what do I do about the EA school I already got into? Am I supposed to tell them I'm not going or do I just not submit a deposit?</p>

<p>I don’t know - did colleges have to tell applicants that they didn’t get in? Wouldn’t they know if they simply didn’t get a decision by the deadline?</p>
<p>Yes, you have to tell them. Courtesy is never wasted. Just send them an e-mail, or respond in whatever medium they asked.</p>
<p>Check your acceptance letters- many of mine had spaces on the deposit forms that were to checked off if the student decided to attend somewhere else. You can send that in. If not, email them.</p>
