Oh no! I didn't print-preview the pre-app so didn't see that part. I sent in my Common App on 12/16 and I'm sending in the pre-app now. Would this be a problem?

I assumed it as a supplement instead of a pre-app. slaps self

What??? I didn't think it mattered, but then again, I don't really have any factual evidence that it doesn't. I too sent in my common app before the duke supplement. So, who knows for a fact?

Edit- I never noticed that I passed 100 posts. This is the first time I've ever done that!!!

i did same... o well

I did the same. Nothing to do about it now I guess. I really think that would be fickle though, to reject someone because they submitted their applications in the wrong order.

I think that the sheer number of kids who did this same thing will negate any harmful effects this would have on us. After all, even CC'ers, the most OCD'ish and neurotic group of people in the nation, made this mistake.

phew, thanks. I was holding back on the pre-app because I was working on the Why Duke question, and my Common app was finished much earlier.

yeah, even though CC kids are neurotic, there were still alot on the Cornell and Penn boards that didn't know the financial aid form was due 1/1 until someone mentioned it.
