Do you have to take foreign language in college?

My son will finish his third year of spanish in high school. Are students required to take foreign language at CP SLO? (or UCs?)

Depends upon the major if a foreign language is required.

Unless your son wants to fulfill a Humanities GE with a Foreign language class, he will not have to take Foreign Language while at Cal Poly or at any other CSU or UC as an Engineering major.
