i know 2 ppl who told me that they copied some smart person's paper in front of them for the mc...i'm not gonna rat them out. just curious at how common this is

Nope, I don't ever recall anyone cheating. The guidance counselors make sure we are really really spread out.

in 9th grade some kid copied my ap world mc, but thats all i know of

I had some people accuse me of cheating because I wore a t-shirt with the periodic table on it to the chemistry AP.

I was told to put my other shirt back on :'(

No. At my testing site I glanced up from my paper for a second, not looking at anyone or their paper or anything and a proctor glared at me and pointed at my exam as if to say,"Keep your eyes on your exam!" Excuse me for spacing out for a minute!

I don't see how it would've been possible to cheat as there were so many proctors and we were so spread out. And the testing conditions have been pretty much the same for other tests I've taken. And most people I know just plain wouldn't cheat. It's not worth losing your dignity, not to mention your money.

we take out tests in our gym so there is a good 5 feet between everyone. So if somewhere were to try and cheat my guess would be that they would screw up considering there are lots of bubbles....not to mention small bubbles.

I didn't see anyone in any of my 10 over 2 years.

We each had our own tables that are twice as long as our normal classroom desks. Cheating was pretty much impossible unless you brought a binocular along...

No, unless you count reading the essay prompt while the proctor was still reading directions.

yea for french and english, quite annoying, but w/e

With binoculars!!!
that would be SOO inconspicuous. I have a really funny mental image there!
HAHA

nobody cheated when i tested, but i know at another school in my district, some kid looked at the frq during break and told others. so that kid's and those who told got their scores invalidated. pretty stupid.

Really? Sucks for that kid's friends...

what? so they're penalizing people for pointing out cheating? Great incentive for getting students of report dishonest behavior. No wonder cheating is so rampant, ETS is bringing it onto themselves with their retarded rules.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of stories of cheating on AP exams were dug up; CC is chock full of them these days.

maybe i worded it weird.
that kid and those friends that kid told cos they asked him about it got their scores invalidated.
the ap proctors caught them red handed .
