Not enough information…where is this TECH school located?

Looks like it’s a for-profit on-line university. Based in Mexico and serving mostly Spanish and English speaking students. It has an arrangement with [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CEU_Cardinal_Herrera_University]CEU_Cardinal_Herrera_University in Spain to allow students to earn postgraduate degrees.
I have no idea whether the institution is cost effective or certified.
I also have no idea if the two first-time CC members who posted in this thread are spamming us or not.

spam? no bro, the reason why I have asked for information or experiences of having studied in this university has been because I have been told about them and I am looking for veracity of the university through people who have studied here or if they know it.
