Do you like Khan Academy or Sparknotes/Cliffnotes?

Hello!

For those who are studying for AP Calculus (AB or BC or whatever), do you like video-based study websites like Khan Academy/PatrickJMT or reading-based study websites like Sparknotes/Cliffnotes?

I am just curious about this...so many online study guides (some of them are even better than study guides on bookstores).

I’m a huge Patrick fan!! I personally love Patrickjmt.

However, I use him when learning the lessons. I don’t think his videos are ideal for reviewing for the exam.

But that’s just my opinion…

I’ve enver heard of Patrickjmt (should check him out) but I used Khanacademy to self study Calc AB (not to take the exam but to know calc) and I think he does an awesome job explaining concepts

so no one recommends sparknotes/cliffnotes (websites)?

I like Sparknotes/Cliffnotes, but sometimes if I need an in-depth understanding of a concept, I’ll go to Khan Academy or Patrick JMT (I like Patrick JMT better) to learn it more thoroughly, because sometimes I don’t retain everything I read. But that’s just a personal preference. I do think, however, that studying solely from videos is too time-consuming, and watching the videos should be reserved for concepts that you find difficult to understand.

I created this review video. Take a look. This is based on max score questions.
