Do you list anticipated ECs?

For example, my daughter runs both track and cross-country. She will be running track again this spring. Should she list:

Cross-Country (9, 10, 11, 12); Track (9, 10, 11) or
Cross-Country (9, 10, 11, 12); Track (9, 10, 11, 12)?

The first option makes it look like she's not going to run track her senior year, so I'm inclined to go with the second choice, even though the season won't start until later this winter.

Also, should she go ahead and list varsity letter (she's earned one every year), especially since our team has a policy to award a varsity letter to all four year seniors?

Thanks!

She can list the things that are up to HER (like running track).
She can not list awards she didn't get yet, but she could, I guess, put it as "expected".

tactics22 -- I wondered about this issue too. Son plays a spring sport and will be Co-captain so might list that. However, he plays in some state level groups and expects to make them but there are try-outs so those are NOT listed. Looks a little like he dropped those in 12th grade but tryouts are later on.

Thanks all! My daughter decided to just list it as Cross-Country/Track (9,10,11, 12) to show a four-year commitment, with only the awards, varsity letters etc. that she's already earned.
