Hey everyone, I'm taking the math2 and chemistry satII's this weekend, and I was wondering if I need to memorize the various formulas needed to complete the problems. Should I, or are they provided?

thanks for the help

The only things for math IIC you'll need to really know are the trigonometric identities.

Heres one to scare you:
P(A or B)= P(A) + P(B) - P(A and B)
or another sin(x+y)=Sinxcosy +CosxSiny (am I right, I'm a little rusty?)

I'm also taking these 2 tests, but in june. For chem:
mc(Change in temp)
Partial pressure=(molfraction)(Total Pressure)

Molarity=mol/L
Molality=mol/kg of solvent

I cant think of much. Please help.

i'm so happy i got iic's done with even though my score wasn't so hot..
for chem, you'll probably need PV=nRT, gas laws, um...know ICE charts..equilibrium stuff...gahh..not sure -_-..mine's in a day..

What are ICE charts?
You have to know solubility rules I think. It's a major *****.

I memorized many equations for the SAT II test and it increased my score about 50. But i only had to because being in calculus made me forget all my trig equations and i have bad long term memory. If you still remember the important trig equations you should be fine....if youre rusty on them i would memorize them.

ice charts = initial, change, equilibrium..
um you would use them when you see Ksp or ...K and have to set up an equilibrium equation..
