Just wondering if you need working papers as proof of working in order to be able to put down Work (Paid) as an activity on the common app, (or any app)?

My father and his partner run a small accounting firm and I go in about 2-3 times a week to work (i.e. inputting data) and at the end of the week, they give me $X dollars depending on how many hours I worked. (Usually work 2-3 hours a day, 2-3 times a week, at $10 per hour.) My primary goal in doing this is mostly to gain experience in my field of interest/possible major. Prior to that I would go in 1-2 times a week just to learn some basic accounting concepts, etc. and do similar activities to what I'm doing now however unpaid. (Internship?). I did not have working papers for that either.

Can I put the Work (Paid) down based on what I stated I have been doing? Or do I need the working papers to back it up? To my knowledge there is no section on the common app that you scan in your working papers however I don't want to put it down and have the colleges say there is no proof and therefore put a mark against me.

** I live in New Jersey, I'm a senior and I will be turning 18 in January. "Interned" my entire junior year, and have worked this summer between junior and senior and intend to continue working for the remainder of my Senior year.

Thanks!
