Do You Schedule Lunch In?

I'm just curious how many of us, when creating our class & work schedules, make having time for lunch a priority. How much time is enough? Too much?

For me, I worked my schedule without lunch monday through thursday so that the days will be shorter. I start late enough that I can eat before class, and then can eat snacks between/in class to make it through the day. It's 5-6 hour blocks of class and work with no longer than 10 minute breaks.

I don't know about you but I like to eat every 3-4 hours even if its a snack just to get the food spread out more time-wise. Since I make it a policy not to have any classes before 9:30, I generally leave a half hour to one hour break between 12 PM and 2 PM to get a good meal in.

Always gotta make time for health, they say. :)

I try to have lunch between 12:00pm to 1:00pm when possible, so I can follow with dinner at like 6ish. It helps so you're not hungry during the day and that you have a longer break between classes basically.

I try to schedule an hour in the middle of the day for lunch. My schedule allows me to have 1-2 hour blocks of classes, so I can snack in-between. My schedule this semester is pretty convenient when I have a break at 1:00 pm everyday, which is nice considering I don't have many scheduling options due to my major.
