If it’s a smaller test/quiz, then I’ll go solo. However, if it’s an exam, then I’ll either do both. It all depends on the subject for me.
I also sent an email to some of my classmates because I want to see if studying in a group like setting would help me improve my focusing due to my struggles with staying on task when I studied alone in the past. However, this only applies for midterms & finals for me.
I feel as something that works best for myself is studying on my own. Less fooling around and distractions. This just helps me focus and I’m more engaged on what I’m studying about. If it’s about flashcards and memorization then I would need someone to test me.
