Do you think I can get accepted?

I was wondering this because I did fail my Math B regents and never retook it. My highest regents score is a 90 and my lowest (Math B) is a 50. All other scores are either in the mid to low 80s or 70s. How much do NY regents exams really matter to SUNY schools? My GPA is .6 below what one college I want is looking for and my SATs are probably about 200 points below what they want. For another college my GPA is above what they want and my SATs are about 150-200 points below what they want. My extra extracurricular list is extremely short but has great stuff on it and I know the teacher recommendations will come out amazing and hopefully my essay will come out well too. How much of a chance do I have of getting accepted? I think the top 2 schools I am looking at are SUNY Albany and SUNY New Paltz. I am also NOT looking into a career in Math if that makes an impact in any way.

I wasn’t aware that SUNYs even looked at regents exams? I think you’ll be fine but you should contact the admissions office for Albany and New Paltz.

I don’t know either. I am just assuming they look at the regents since they are located in NY state and are very aware of the regents. Maybe I should contact the admissions office.
