The title pretty much says it all.
I am currently going into Junior year. I am worried that I won't get in because I had done like nothing for my Freshmen and Sophomore years in terms of ECs. I got strait A's both years, a 4.0 Freshmen and a 4.8 Sophomore year. I self studied Computer Programming starting from Middle School all the way to now (C++, though I dabbled a little in C#). I am currently and have always taken the most challenging courses available to me (next year all APs and Honors). I am dry on ECs, but will create a club Junior year (computer science club) and am currently part of a Robotics club whose competitions start Junior year (i am one of the programmers).
Do you think this is enough to get me in? Should I do more? Or is it too late and should I look for another college?

I think you should do more extracurricular activities. Those make a significant impact on your applications. Your grades are pretty solid though so keep it up :). And maybe try to get an internship with an engineer. That will most likely help as well.

Yeah, I am currently looking into volunteering or internships position around my area.

If you are planning to go to UC Berkeley, trust me, extracurriculars DO NOT matter much, unless you have some exceptional talent on the national level. It is a numbers game, and you are so far doing very well on it. Maintain your GPA and break 2300, and you are in for sure. Get 2200, you will probably still be in. Get 2100, and then they will look at your extracurriculars.

Also, don’t forget, your coding experience is a BIG extracurricular. At a public school, it will be much more valued than doing clubs or volunteering.

I personally think you have a very good shot at the Berkeley EECS program. Definitely try to get an internship, it will certainly help develop your skills, and will be something good to write about in your essays. COSMOS is a pretty good option too if Berkeley is your goal.

Unfortunately, if you want a shot at the ivy league or top-tier privates, you are well behind on extracurriculars. Your best chance of getting in is coding some brilliant app or winning a national science competition.

I am thinking of applying to COSMOS during the Junior to senior summer.
