I just started my junior year. But, by the end of this year, my weighted GPA should be around 4.1 or 4.2(unweighted 3.9). By the end of my high school career, I'll have taken 6 APs. The highest I've gotten on an SAT is 1980. (definitely aiming for higher)

Extra-curriculars:
Youth Group (Worship leader and Student Leadership)
JV Swim
DECA Secretary
Interact Club Officer
CSF
NHS
Spanish Tutor
Kaiser Permanente Volunteer

I also plan to take over as president for 2 of school's clubs next year.
Also, should I try to get an internship the summer before my senior year?

Please be honest & thanks for your input!

the problem is UCs don’t really look into your senior GPA, i’m not sure if they even see all of the fall semester. i have the same problem as you!

i’m sure your UC gpa is pretty high. if your school doesn’t have very many honors/ap classes and you’ve taken them all, then a 4.1/4.2 would be good for ucla.

but the sat needs to go up a bit to improve your chances at all 3.

please chance back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1225356-compsci-schools-students-bad-stats-like-me-uc-chancers-please-look.html
