<p>I have a really qualified friend with lots of leadership who didn’t get in with a higher GPA. I don’t know…? It never hurts to apply, right? It could be a reach school.</p>
<p>Both your GPA and SAT are a bit below their averages which are a 4.0 UC GPA and an 1860 SAT. You have good class rigor though. If you can raise your SAT score 100 points or so it would help a lot.</p>
