Do you think I have a chance?

Currently a junior thinking of applying next year.

My GPA and test scores will all be competitive (currently #1 out of 500) and will graduate with around 12 APs. Expect good SATs and ACTs (2200+ and 34+). Have already taken SAT Math 2 subject test and scores 800. Will quite possibly be merit finalist.

However I am somewhat weak on ECs and leadership.

I belong to the Science Club and Math Clubs at school. I have participated in science olympiads and placed first and third at regional competition in the areas I competed in and continued on to state competition, where I think I placed in top 3 for one of the areas I competed in.
Have received various first place math awards from interscholastic math league competitions.
Placed first in regional level of state math competition 2 times - once for Algebra 1 and another year for pre-calc.
I took an online distance learning course through Johns Hopkins this summer to learn C programming.
I volunteer at an assisted living facility for the elderly, and have been involved with my youth group - last year was treasurer - but really didn't have much to do.

I expect my recommendations to be pretty good.
Thanks for any advice

forgot to mention - AP Stat - 5, AP Euro - 4

i think your grades and scores get your foot in the door. now it's just about doing something to make yourself stand out from all the other zillion people with great grades and scores applying. if you can do that, i think you have more than enough of a chance to make it worth applying.

and you're a junior, so hey, you still have time!

I am hoping to attend governor's school this summer. I don't think much else will change.

YOU ARE A JUNIOR!! START WORKING ON YOUR APPLICATION NOW!!! YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF SENIOR YEAR!!! (lol jk, well not exactly)
