Yes, my rule of thumb for test scores (especially for an international aiming high) is 2300+ and 35+. Try to not take either more than twice. But for Harvard especially, try your very best to do something very unique and stay committed to that thing - and make sure you LOVE what you are doing. Harvard loves getting those unique applicants. I guess you could also start your essays early - so many people underestimate how much the essays count in your Ivy application. Good luck!
