I’m really good at math.
But do you think it’s a wise choice to take two AP class in sophomore year- both AP Is science related?

Plus a self-study compsci

No. Take them spread out. Taking 2 science classes (AP) in a year is a nightmare, and is almost universally agreed by CC that it is not a good choice.

Can I ask why?
(I wanna major in BME. so i would be guessing that more science is better? ) sorry jus wondering

Yes more science is better, but it would be more wise to spread them out over years. If you take them at the same time, it will get extremely confusing. Also, search the threads about taking two science AP threads, they explain much better.

Everyone is against 2 science AP’s at the same time. But if you think you can do it, then go for it.

I would say if you really like science and are interested in physics, take it. It’s a hard class, so if you really don’t like science, then I would reconsider.

Hm. Thanks. I’m definitely going to think about it. (especially chemistry… Since I’m taking regular chemistry)

Well, the science APs tend to fit together pretty well. But it ends up being a whole ton of work.

Well I plan for the last two years of high school to take 2 science class.

I know it’s going to be hard… But I kinda hope high school to be HARDER than middle school. I get leas homework in h.s than m.s. SAD

protip: unless you’re really good at math and stuff and/or you have a good teacher, don’t take ap physics as your first ap, I am 100% serious
Take it from someone who’s taken all 3 ap physics tests and gotten 5s

Okay… I might.
But may I ask why not? :D

It’s a very difficult ap class, straight up, just because of how brutal the frqs and mc can be some years and the breadth of material you need to learn.
If your school offers something like AP Bio, you should probably start off with that and then take physics as a junior or senior.

Or do whatever you want really and disregard me, as long as you put in the effort, you can probably succeed

Isn’t AP bio super hard? Freshman yr I took PreAP bio…?
