Do you think I will get into UCSB?

I am a student from a well-ranked public school in New Hampshire and UCSB is my dream school. I know they do not accept many out of state so I am wondering if there is a chance I will get lucky and be admitted. I have a 29 on my ACT, and I am still waiting for the writing score. I am the captain of a sports team (and was on varsity for three years), did band from 4th grade-present, and have a job that I work at least three days a week. I have a 3.6 weighted GPA (out of a 4.0 scale) which is a little low but the UC system drops freshman year grades when considering admission, which is where I screwed up the most. I am guessing without freshman year, and the addition of senior year AP's, I would have a 3.9 weighted GPA. My schedule has been rigorous with all honors except Pre-Calc. I also will have done 3 AP's by the end of senior year. Since I want to major in engineering, I stuck with AP sciences and then one AP social studies. The rest of my classes are honor level. Is this rigorous enough? The rest of my application is full of extra-cirriculars ranging from time-consuming charity to student coaching for field hockey. I am also working extremely hard on my supplements. I have been on Honor roll/High honor roll all throughout high school. So, do you think I will get in?

PS: my school does not do class rank

there is a chance forum for just such questions, OP. try there.
