-APs (so far, up to junior year): APUSH-4, Eng lit-5, gov't-5, psych-5</p>

<p>Realistically, for Swarthmore, I think you will probably need a bump from a "soc-ec" or first gen immigrant tag in admissions to have a shot. Based purely on class rank and ECs, probably not quite enough to stand out from the pack. It's hard to be precise because top 11% at some high schools would be viewed differently than at others. For example, it would be pretty hot stuff if we are talking Thomas Jefferson Science and Tech or Stuyvescent. Those are the kinds of details that admissions officers are looking at.</p>

<p>Certainly, you should apply and see what happens. I would just try to be realistic. My crystal ball is saying "waitlist", but I can't really evaluate the totality of your app or how much additional weight might be given for first gen status.</p>
