Do you think it's possible to go from a 630 CR to an 800?

I got a 630 CR (that, when I looked at my answers and the curve, I found out should've been 640) and I really want to get something close to an 800. Hell a 730-750'll do.
My problems:
-I usually get the last 2 vocab wrong (in the section with 6 vocab and 8 vocab, I usually get all those in the one with 5 questions) - so that's a total of 4 questions wrong.
-Generally, I have just about no problem understanding the passages, and the questions I get wrong on the passage based reading are due to the following: not being able to concentrate properly while reading, which may be caused by the second problem: not sleeping well. Okay so I know how to fix those 2, but there's one other problem: some of the questions involve vocabulary (word in line X most nearly means, tone...) and I can usually cross out like 2 and then I'd get it wrong. Thing is, if I knew what the words meant, it'd be easy to get it right.
And I usually get like 1-2 questions that I don't exactly know how to answer (in passage reading) because a few answers are pretty close. But I can live with those.

I know it seems like my problem is only some of the harder vocab words, but I've heard that using the flash cards doesn't help all that much. Anyone have any tips?

Well if all of your problems deals with not knowing vocab, then learn more vocab? :D
