I feel like 200 might be too big of a jump. My scores were M:580 Cr:710 W:610
For writing, my essay was really bad (7/12). I used all personal examples and mostly just didn't know what I was doing but I think I've already improved. I've started the Barron's SAT Math Workbook, The Blue Book, and Barron's SAT vocab flash cards (which I'll probably focus the least on because I got all but one sentence completion correct). Do you think this will be enough, at least to be raised to 2000? The only one of the these scores that I'm comfortable super scoring is my critical reading at this point.

I went from a 1770 first practice test to a 2180 best practice test.

Yeah, you can do it. It’s not extremely hard. 200 point jumps only get hard (for me at least) when it’s like 2100 to 2300 or 2200 to 2400. 1900 to 2100 was just a matter of a bit of practice for me.

Yes, you can do that. Math and writing are actually the easier sections to improve, and you’re in a range with those two that it’s not THAT hard to bring them up. Just keep at it! Are you doing all of your prep on your own or are you working with a tutor?

No, there is absolutely no way. It would defy Newton’s Third Law of SAT, which states that no student can raise his or her score by more than 120 points.

go on practising, I think it may be possible though quite hard. a friend of mine could boost his score as the way you want. so try your best!

^^ I lol’d.

OP, it’s incredibly easy to raise your SAT score not only from 1900-2100 but from 1900-2200+ (that is, if 1900 is your starting point). I started somewhere in the same range, if not lower, and through a few months of practice and studying, I achieved a 99+ percentile score. So have faith in yourself and acknowledge that it’s a very achievable goal if you’re willing to put in the hard-work and smart effort using the right sources.
