Do you think it's tonight?

^SATs aren’t everything. I remember someone got into MIT this year with a 1920.

You’ll survive … even if you’re rejected.

I’ll be rejected too … all I care about is reading what Stanford chooses to write for their RD rejection letters. Their rejection letters are usually VERY inspiring, because they make you feel like that you’ve actually done something in HS. :)

And it’s not really pessimism. We all know the admit rate is gonna be about 6 or 7 percent this year, so more than 90 percent of us will be rejected. Even in CC admit rates.

^Oh really? Well that’s nice!

What’s nice imgoingtocollege?

“Their rejection letters are usually VERY inspiring, because they make you feel like that you’ve actually done something in HS.”

Yep. You can read the SCEA rejection letter somewhere in the SCEA results thread for this year. I think it’s in there at least twice because the thread is so long.

But anywho, yea they are REALLY nicely worded.

New filter:

I’m prepared.

i saw emails from duke, UCSD, and UCLA with the title of “admissions” or “undergraduate” and stuff and i flipped out. UGH STANFORD, WHY DO YOU TAUNT ME SO? :frowning: :(

"New filter:

^^Gahhhh! I made one of those filters and I got a text to my phone so I got all excited.

But it was my college counselor asking “Any news from Stanford yet?”
Boooooooooo.
